For their $500 and up financial and in-kind support for Winter SolstiCelebration, sponsors receive at the minimum:

~ clickable ad-space on the Winter SolstiCelebration section of Moonlady.com

~ a lobby table at the event visited by patrons during the popular pre and post social hours

~ a graphic ad in the program which is taken home by most of the 750+ attendees

~ a text ad in promotional emails sent to over 3000 people

~ a notice each month to the 2500+ subscribers of Moonlady News a holistic-eco-alt-progressive online listserv for N Texas

Become a Big Heart Supporter

Big Heart Supporters are individuals or groups who donate $100 to underwrite the event.

In addition to everyone’s gratitude, Big Heart Supporters receive:

~ URLs listed in the Winter SolstiCelebration section of Moonlady.com

~ space on a Winter SolstiCelebration lobby table visited by 750+ patrons during the popular pre and post social hours

~ a text ad, plus graphic if desired, in the program

~ a text ad in promotional emails sent to over 3000 people

The professionally designed Winter SolstiCelebration program is quite a popular thing. Most of the 750+ attendees save it because of the great collection of unique information.

Please consider placing a two to three line classified-style ad in the program. You can promote your business, publicize a good cause, or just express yourself.

The collection of support ads is also sent in promotional emails to over 3000 people.

A one to two line classified-style ad is $20. You can double the space for $40. No graphic ads at this time except for official event sponsors.

Step 1: Email your copy to the love-ad wrangler.

Step 2: Donate money. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card (through PayPal).

~ Mail cash and checks (payable to Amy Martin) to: 318 Casa Linda Plaza, slot 228, Dallas, TX 75218-3423.

For credit cards, visit: PAYPAL. Click on Send Money and enter: newsmoon@sbcglobal.net. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll need to set one up.

Contribute to the Silent Auction

~ Are you a SolstiCelebration who’s long on talent - art, crafts and services - but short on cash?
~ Do you have a store or business that needs promotion?
~ Are you a performer or teacher with CDs or DVDs?

Please consider donating something of yourself!

Contact the donation coordinator with your gift. To help us promote you better, please provide:

~ a one-sentence description of item or services
~ estimated value
~ contact info, web site, etc

If services, please provide a gift certificate of some kind. Or we can create one for you.

In addition to your gift being on display in the lobby to be reviewed by patrons during the popular pre and post social hours, donors receive:

~ a text ad in promotional emails sent twice to over 3000 people

~ a blurb in the event program
